NetEase Cloud Music Partners With Kakao to Release K-POP Songs in China

05:03 AM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NetEase ( NTES ) unit NetEase Cloud Music said late Wednesday it is partnering with Kakao Entertainment to introduce new K-POP songs in China.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Beginning Thursday, NetEase ( NTES ) will exclusively feature Kakao music releases during the first 30 days of their launch.

The companies first began collaborating in May, when Kakao's music catalog was made available on the NetEase ( NTES ) platform.
