08:53 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Neumora Therapeutics ( NMRA ) said Friday that it named Joshua Pinto president, chief executive officer, and a member of its board of directors.

Pinto has been president of the company since February 2025, and prior to that, was Neumora's chief financial officer.

Pinto succeeds co-founder Paul Berns, who will serve as executive chair of the board.

Neumora also tapped Doron Sagman as its chief medical officer.

Shares of the company were down 6.4% pre-bell.
