NeurAxis Closes $5 Million Direct Offering

01:16 PM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NeurAxis (NRXS) said Thursday it closed its registered direct offering of about 1.5 million shares at $3.25 per share for gross proceeds of roughly $5 million.

The shares were up almost 2% in recent trading.

Price: 3.26, Change: +0.06, Percent Change: +1.87
