07:49 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Neuronetics ( STIM ) said Tuesday that it has named Steven Pfanstiel to replace Steve Furlong as its new Chief Financial Officer, starting July 15.

The company said Furlong will stay as senior advisor to the CEO until the end of March 2026 to ensure a smooth transition, it added.

Before the appointment, Pfanstiel served as CFO and COO at Marinus Pharmaceuticals before its acquisition by Immedica Pharma in February 2025, the company added.

As part of his employment, the company said Pfanstiel received an inducement grant of 400,000 restricted stock units, which would be given over four years, contingent on continued employment.
