08:09 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Century Logistics ( NCEW ) said Wednesday it has entered a letter of intent with Asiatic Logistics' sole shareholder Chiu Nga Ting to acquire a 51% shareholding in Asiatic.

The company said it expects to boost its presence in Asia and accelerate the development of a comprehensive global logistics ecosystem with this acquisition.

Further details of the proposed transaction, such as the purchase price, will be disclosed in a subsequent formal acquisition agreement, the company said.
