New York Community Bancorp COO Julie-Ann Signorille-Browne Resigns

05:37 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- New York Community Bancorp ( NYCB/PU ) said Thursday that its Chief Operating Officer Julie-Ann Signorille-Browne resigned on Friday.

The resignation will be effective May 24 and Signorille-Browne will continue to serve until the effective date, according to the company.
