Newmark Buys Catella Valuation Advisory

10:10 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark ( NMRK ) said Monday it acquired Catella Valuation Advisory, a French real estate valuation and advisory firm that operates in assets like office, retail, industrial, residential, and others.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not provided.

The entire Catella Valuation Advisory team will join Newmark ( NMRK ) in the coming months, the company noted.
