Newmark Further Extends 7.5% Senior Notes Due 2029 Offer

09:27 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) said Monday it has further extended its offer to swap up to $475 million total principal amount of its outstanding 7.5% senior notes maturing 2029 for an equal amount of its 7.5% senior notes due 2029.

The exchange offer has been extended to Wednesday at 5 pm ET.

The company's roughly $473.8 million in total principal amount of the outstanding old notes had been tendered for exchange as of the previous deadline of 5 pm ET on Friday.
