11:56 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) said Tuesday that it has expanded its reach in the Intermountain West through an alliance with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, the region's brokerage firm.

The partnership brings together Mountain West's extensive regional expertise and Newmark's global reach, forming a 200-member team spanning multiple offices. Since 2022, the combined team has executed over 5,000 transactions totaling $9.3 billion, said the report.

Mountain West will operate as Newmark Mountain West, the partnership covers Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Nevada.

Both firms believe this partnership will improve client service, broaden offerings, and drive business growth throughout the region, the report added.
