News Corp Authorized to Repurchase Up to $1 Billion Common Shares

06:26 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- News Corp ( NWSA ) said in a regulatory filing Friday it has been authorized to repurchase up to $1 billion of its outstanding class A and B common shares.

The company is required to disclose transactions on a daily basis to the Australian Securities Exchange related to the repurchase in its 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
