Newsmax Closes $75 Million IPO

10:47 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newsmax ( NMAX ) said Friday it has closed its initial public offering of 7.5 million class B shares at $10 apiece for gross proceeds of roughly $75 million.

The media holding company's shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, Newsmax ( NMAX ) said.
