08:19 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newsmax ( NMAX ) said Thursday that it has appointed FuboTV ( FUBO ) co-founder and chief executive officer David Gandler as a director to the company's board, effective immediately.

Gandler worked in the advertising industry for 15 years before founding FuboTV ( FUBO ), within both the general and Hispanic market, including at Scripps Networks Interactive, Time Warner Cable Media Sales, and NBCUniversal's Telemundo Media, Newsmax ( NMAX ) said.
