11:32 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newsmax ( NMAX ) will pay $67 million to Dominion Voting Systems and some of its affiliates to settle a 2021 defamation lawsuit, the company said Monday.

The cable channel operator said it will pay Dominion Voting Systems $27 million this month and the remaining $40 million over the next two fiscal years.

Shares rose 5.5% in recent trading.
