06:33 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NexGen Energy ( NXE ) said Wednesday that the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission has proposed Nov. 19 and Feb. 9 to 13, 2026, as the commission hearing dates for the company's Rook I project.

The company started the regulatory environmental assessment process for the project in April 2019, it said, adding that it received provincial environmental assessment approval in November 2023.
