NexLiving Communities Q2 Funds From Operations Higher

07:33 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NexLiving Communities (NXLV.V) on Friday reported higher second-quarter funds from operations.

Funds from operations surged to $1.6 million, or $0.05 per share, from $0.6 million, or $0.04 per share, in the prior year period.

Net operating income increased by 75% to $5.2 million, over the same period.

The company will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share around Sept. 26.

"I'm pleased to report that in Q2, we grew NOI by +75% and FFO per share by +26%, thanks to our team's disciplined focus on growth and operational excellence," said Chief Executive Stavro Stathonikos. "Occupancy hit 97% post the quarter-end, driven by strong demand in our markets and our commitment to keeping tenants happy."
