09:01 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NexPoint Residential Trust ( NXRT ) said Wednesday it has closed the refinancing of its corporate revolving credit facility with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, Raymond James Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and Synovus.

The refinanced facility has an initial maturity of June 2028, extendable to June 2029, it said.

The credit spread has improved by 15 basis points across all leverage ratios compared to the prior facility, the company said, adding the credit facility may be increased by up to $200 million.
