10:54 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NGEx Minerals ( NGXXF ) said Tuesday that it has upsized its private placement financing to raise $175 million from $100 million.

The company will now issue 7 million shares at $25 each.

Proceeds will be used to advance the exploration programs at the Lunahuasi project in San Juan Province, Argentina and the Los Helados project in Chile.

NGEx shares are down $0.10, to $25.72, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
