10:19 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NiCE (NICE) said Monday it has appointed Arun Chandra as the company's chief operating officer, effective Dec 1.

As the COO, Chandra will oversee an integrated global customer operations division of the company, and will report to Chief Executive Officer Scott Russell, NiCE said.

Chandra previously served as the senior vice president of customer experience at Walt Disney ( DIS ) , NiCE added.
