11:42 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nickel Creek Platinum ( NCPCF ) were last seen up 7.6% on Wednesday after it announced a non-brokered private placement of securities of up to $2 million.
The company said the offering consists of the sale and issuance of 465,000 shares at $2.15 each and 434,782 flow-through shares priced at $2.30. It added that its largest shareholder, Electrum Strategic Opportunities Fund L.P. indicated its intention to invest up to about $0.8 million in the private placement.
Proceeds will be used to fund its proposed 2026 drill program, ongoing permitting activities and holding costs at its Nickel Shaw Project located in the Yukon, and for general corporate and working capital needs. Proceeds from the sale of the FT shares will be used to fund its proposed 2026 drill program at the project.
Closing of the private placement is expected to occur in November.
Shares of the company were last seen up $0.19 at $2.69 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
