06:02 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NIO (NIO) said Friday that $378.3 million principal amount of its 0.50% convertible senior notes due 2027 were surrendered in its repurchase right offer, which expired on Thursday.

The company said it has forwarded the cash to its paying agent for distribution to the holders.

$213,000 principal amount of will remain outstanding following the settlement of the repurchase, the company said.
