NIQ Prices IPO at $21 per Share
Jul 23, 2025 1:05 AM

03:59 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NIQ Global Intelligence ( NIQ ) said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 50 million ordinary shares at $21 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7.5 million shares at the initial public offering price minus discounts and commissions.

The consumer intelligence company's shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange this Wednesday, under the ticker symbol "NIQ."

Proceeds from the offering, expected to close on Thursday, together with available cash, would be used to repay debt and fund general corporate purposes, the company added.

NIQ said it will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the selling shareholder.
