Nissan, Honda boards both vote to end merger talks, TBS reports

TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - The boards of Nissan ( NSANF )

and Honda ( HMC ) both voted on Thursday to officially end

talks to merge the two Japanese automakers, broadcaster TBS

reported.

Spokespersons for both companies declined to comment on the

report.
