04:13 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NNN REIT ( NNN ) said late Tuesday it priced a $500 million public offering of 4.6% senior unsecured notes due 2031 at 99.182% of par value.

Net proceeds will be used to fund debt repayments, property acquisitions and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 1, subject to customary conditions.
