08:59 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- North American Construction Group ( NOA ) priced an offering of C$200 million aggregate principal amount of 7.00% senior unsecured notes due June 16, 2031.

The notes will be issued at a price of $1,000 per $1,000 of notes, the company said.

NOA plans to use the proceeds to repay indebtedness under its existing credit agreement, and for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about June 16.
