10:37 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northern Dynasty Minerals ( NAK ) shares were up over 11% in recent Tuesday trading, a day after the company said it received a $12 million payment from an unnamed investor, representing a third tranche of investment under a royalty agreement with the investor.

The company said it also agreed to extend remaining payment deadlines for two tranches to Sept. 30 and that the investor will be granted rights to complete a final tranche by Dec. 31 if a fourth $12 million payment is made by Sept. 30.
