Northern Oil and Gas Launches Offering of Common Shares

04:41 PM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Northern Oil and Gas ( NOG ) said late Wednesday it launched a public offering of $200 million of common shares.

The company said it will grant the underwriter a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional $30 million of the shares.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
