Northern Oil and Gas Says About 97% of 2028 Senior Notes Tendered

07:19 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northern Oil and Gas ( NOG ) said Monday it has received tenders from holders of about $684.9 million, representing 97.14% of its 8.125% senior notes due 2028, as of Friday.

The company said notes validly tendered and accepted for purchase will receive total consideration of $1,015 for each $1,000 principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest, with settlement expected to occur Wednesday.
