07:59 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Northisle Copper and Gold ( NTCPF ) reported Wednesday drill results from the West Goodspeed target as part of its 2025 exploration campaign at the North Island project in British Columbia.

Highlights include 47.5 meters grading 0.70% copper equivalent, 19 meters grading 0.96% copper equivalent and 10 meters grading 0.42% copper equivalent.

"Drilling at West Goodspeed continues to reinforce the potential for near-surface deposits in the Northwest Corridor," President and CEO Sam Lee said. "We are encouraged by the continuity of mineralization, including in the higher-grade zones at depth."

The company said it has completed 5,126 meters of drilling as of June 26, including 3,550 meters in the West Goodspeed and Red Dog areas.

Northisle's share price fell 3.5% on Monday to $1.09 on the TSXV.
