04:02 PM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nouveau Monde Graphite ( NMG ) said Friday afternoon that it has closed a public offering of about 8.3-million common shares at US$2.40 each, raising about US$20 million.

Proceeds will be used for procurement of long-lead equipment, cover engineering and indirect costs for the Matawinie Mine project, and other activities in addition to general working capital and corporate expenses, the company said.

The offering was made solely in the US and permitted foreign jurisdictions, and no common stock has been offered or sold in Canada, the company added.
