NovaBay Files Registration Statement on Behalf of Selling Shareholders

04:55 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NovaBay Pharmaceuticals ( NBY ) on late Thursday filed a registration statement for an offering by certain selling shareholders of up to 298,355 common shares.

The prospectus covers the sale of common shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants and conversion of convertible notes, the company said.

NovaBay will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.
