05:10 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Novagold Resources ( NG ) on Thursday said Peter Adamek will become the company's chief financial officer effective July 15.

The company said Adamek is replacing the retiring David Ottewell.

Novagold said Adamek has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, financial reporting, tax, and information technology and was most recently vice president of finance at Hudbay Minerals (HBM).
