Nurix Therapeutics Launching Public Offering -- Shares Fall After-Hours

04:20 PM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nurix Therapeutics ( NRIX ) said late Thursday it has started a public offering of $125 million of shares and pre-funded warrants to buy shares for some investors.

Underwriters, including JPMorgan Securities and Piper Sandler, will be given a 30-day option to buy additional shares, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used mainly to fund clinical development of its drug candidates, to finance research and development projects as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.

The company's shares were falling over 8% in after-hours trading.

Price: 15.75, Change: -1.46, Percent Change: -8.48
