03:54 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nuvalent ( NUVL ) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 5 million of its class A common shares at $101 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $500 million.

The selling shareholders have been granted a 30-day option to purchase from the selling stockholders up to an additional 742,574 class A shares.

The company said it intends to close the offering around Thursday. It will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of the selling shareholders.
