11:58 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) is set to make a $1 billion equity investment in Nokia ( NOK ) , the Finnish telecom equipment maker said Tuesday.

The deal will give Nvidia ( NVDA ) a 2.9% stake in Nokia ( NOK ) through the issuance of 166.4 million new shares at a subscription price of $6.01 each.

Nokia ( NOK ) shares jumped 19% in recent Tuesday trading, and Nvidia ( NVDA ) gained 0.8%.
