Nvni Group Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

05:18 PM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvni Group ( NVNI ) said late Wednesday it is not in compliance with a Nasdaq listing rule due to a delay in the filing of its interim financial statements for the period of the end of Q2 2023.

The company said it plans to file the report within 60 days.

Nvni ( NVNI ) shares were up nearly 6% in after-hours activity.
