NXP Semiconductors Completes Acquisitions of Aviva Links and Kinara

09:30 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI ) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisitions of Aviva Links and Kinara to expand its automotive connectivity and artificial intelligence edge products.

The company said it closed the acquisition of Aviva Links on Oct. 24 for $243 million in cash and the purchase of Kinara on Monday for $307 million in cash.

Shares of NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI ) were down 1.8% in recent premarket activity.
