MSC Income Fund Closes Follow-On Public Offering

12:31 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MSC Income Fund ( MSIF ) completed a follow-on public offering of 5.5 million shares at $15.53 per share for gross proceeds of about $85.4 million, Main Street Capital ( MAIN ) said Thursday.

MSC Income shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange Jan. 29.

MSC Income is an externally managed business development company for which Main Street's investment adviser, MSC Adviser I, serves as the investment adviser and administrator.

Main Street shares were up about 1.1%, and MSC Income rose about 2.6% in recent trading.

Price: 16.25, Change: +0.43, Percent Change: +2.72
