OceanFirst Financial's Q3 Core Earnings Decline, Revenue Increases

05:22 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OceanFirst Financial ( OCFC ) reported Q3 core earnings Wednesday of $0.36 per diluted share, down from $0.39 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and other income, was $103 million, compared with $96.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $102.7 million.
