Ollie's Bargain Outlet Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Net Income, Sales Rise; Full-Year Outlook Raised

07:42 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ollie's Bargain Outlet (OLLI) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net income Tuesday of $0.75 per diluted share, up from $0.58 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.74.

Net sales for the quarter ended Nov. 1 were $613.6 million, compared with $517.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $615.5 million.

The company raised its fiscal 2025 adjusted net income guidance to a range of $3.81 to $3.87 per diluted share, from its prior outlook of $3.76 to $3.84. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.86.

Ollie's also lifted its fiscal 2025 net sales guidance to a range of $2.65 billion to $2.66 billion, from its previous outlook of $2.63 billion to $2.64 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.64 billion.

Shares of the company were down 7% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
