10:20 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Omega Healthcare Investors ( OHI ) has formed a strategic collaboration with Sunbound, offering its network of operator partners preferred access to Sunbound's financial services.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Omega will also take an equity stake in Sunbound, which provides financial and accounts receivable services for senior living operators, Sunbound said Tuesday.

Shares of Omega Healthcare Investors ( OHI ) were up 2.5% in recent Tuesday trading.
