09:10 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Omnicom Group ( OMC ) said Friday that its Omnicom Precision Marketing Group unit has acquired digital advisory firm LeapPoint.

The media, marketing and corporate communications did not disclose financial terms of the deal, or say who it bought LeapPoint from. However, according to a July 2021 press release from LeapPoint, the company was acquired by private equity firm Renovus Capital Partners at the time.
