Onconetix to Implement 1-for-85 Reverse Stock Split

12:11 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Onconetix ( ONCO ) said Wednesday that its board approved a 1-for-85 reverse stock split, effective Friday.

The reverse stock split, which will reduce the number of the company's shares to 521,863 from 44.4 million, is intended for regaining compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement of $1 per share, the biotechnology company said.

Price: 0.07, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -18.95
