Ondas Closes Public Offering

11:34 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Friday it has closed its public offering of about 53.08 million shares, including the full exercise of its over-allotment option.

Ondas ( ONDS ) said it plans to use net proceeds of about $163 million for working capital, general corporate purposes, and potential strategic transactions.
