Ondas Q4 Net Loss Widens, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2026 Sales Guidance Lifted

08:51 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas ( ONDS ) reported a Q4 net loss Monday of $101 million, wider than the $10.3 million loss a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $17.9 million.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $30.1 million, compared with $10.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $27.8 million.

For Q1, the company said it expects revenue of $38 million to $40 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $28.4 million.

Ondas ( ONDS ) also said it now expects fiscal 2026 revenue of at least $375 million, compared with its prior guidance range of $170 million to $180 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $177.3 million.

The company's shares were up 4.1% in Monday premarket activity.
