ONEOK Prices $7 Billion Senior Notes Offering

04:29 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ONEOK ( OKE ) said late Tuesday it has priced an offering of $7 billion of senior notes in six series.

The offering consists of $1.25 billion of three-year 4.25% senior notes; $600 million of five-year 4.4% senior notes; $1.25 billion of seven-year 4.755 senior notes; $1.6 billion of 10-year 5.05% senior notes; $1.5 billion of 30-year 5.7% senior notes, and $800 million of 40-year 5.85% senior notes.

Net proceeds, which are estimated to be about $6.92 billion, will be used to fund the company's EnLink and Medallion Midstream transactions, as well as for general corporate purposes, the company said.

The offering is expected to close around Sept. 24, subject to customary closing conditions.
