09:17 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneSpaWorld ( OSW ) reported Q3 adjusted net income Wednesday of $0.26 per diluted share, up from $0.22 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.23.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $241.7 million, up from $216.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $239.4 million.

For Q4, the company said it expects total revenue in the range of $210 million to $215 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $212.3 million.

For 2024, OneSpaWorld ( OSW ) said it now expects total revenue in the range of $888 million to $893 million, up from its prior outlook of $870 million to $890 million. Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $888.7 million.

Additionally, the company's board approved an unchanged quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable Dec. 4 to shareholders on record as of Nov. 20.

Shares of the company were up 1.2% in recent premarket activity.
