10:02 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OneStream ( OS ) said late Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Thomas Shea will also serve as president, effective May 1.

The software company said current President Craig Colby will transition to the role of "chief success officer," also effective May 1.

Shea, who is also the company's co-founder and board chairman, will not receive any additional compensation for the additional role of president, OneStream ( OS ) said.
