08:46 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Onex ( ONEXF ) said Thursday that it has appointed Megan McClellan as chief financial officer, effective after the release of Onex ( ONEXF )' 2025 annual results in February next year.

McClellan will succeed Chris Govan, who is stepping down as chief financial officer. She previously served as chief strategy officer at asset management firm TCW Group, where she led its strategic plan and growth initiatives.

McClellan will be based in Onex ( ONEXF )' New York city office.
