09:37 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Onfolio Holdings ( ONFO ) said Tuesday it has completed the transaction to acquire 70% of the assets of digital marketing services provider Eastern Standard for about $1.7 million.

Onfolio ( ONFO ) said it issued $410,000 of series A preferred shares and two secured promissory notes amounting to about $1.3 million.

Two Onfolio ( ONFO ) special purpose vehicles paid a total of $500,000 for a 20% stake in the Eastern Standard business, Onfolio ( ONFO ) added.

Onfolio ( ONFO ) shares were up 3.7% in early trading Tuesday.
