Open Text Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Decline; Quarterly Dividend Increased

05:11 PM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Open Text ( OTEX ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.97 per diluted share, down from $0.98 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.83.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.31 billion, down from $1.36 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.28 billion.

The company increased its quarterly dividend to $0.2750 per share from $0.2625, payable Sept. 19 to holders of record Sept. 5.

The company also renewed its share buyback program of up to $300 million of the common stock, expiring on August 11, 2026.

Shares were up 5.5% during after-hours trading.
